The Sea Pearl

Some years ago, the painting at left captured my poetic heart. A framed print of it hangs near my writing desk.

It reminds me that I am the “pearl” in my own story, however unaware I may be of it in the moment. I try to remember that living well is not a perfomance act but a celebration of being.

For now, The Sea Pearl remains mostly static as I expand into new endeavors. Its messages are timeless, so I am leaving its collection of helps in hopes that others will benefit from them as I did. Much of what I learned freed me from an overactive mind and self-doubt, assuring me that who I am and what I do matters—even if it’s not apparent to an outsider..
